Oh, hey! I’m Jacq AKA Jacqua. A non-traditional celebrant based in NSW and yes, I travel far & wide Instead I keep it real & relaxed.

I'm here to help you have the best wedding ceremony...that's totally you to a tea! Specialising in weddings that aim to break the 'traditional' mould. I am advocating for an end to traditional cookie-cutter weddings that can so often be a big yawn...

Perhaps you'd love to elope, or have an intimate gathering of close friends and family, maybe a fun party, or thinking of a bohemian festival style

wedding or pretty much whatever takes your fancy, I would love to be involved! I absolutely love helping couples get married in their own unique way and setting. I found inspiration in becoming a celebrant when my husband and I eloped to the Nevada desert in the US. Our super cool celebrant helped make it a truly magical experience that we treasure forever, knowing it was uniquely us. Now I'd be thrilled to help create your best ceremony ever!!

❣️2016 flashback❣️

Thinking back one decade with fond memories…✨

Fresh from a sabbatical spent mostly reliving the good times back in London, while grief was very raw since my beautiful Mum passed away in 2015.

One year married and our first little firecracker of a son was born.

It was also the year I became a celebrant. Very quickly, I was hooked on celebrating love full-time.

Wowsers, what a big year!

HELLO 2026 ✨

I’ve clearly taken my sweet time emerging from a chilled festive break and plenty of lazy days in-between. What bliss!

Now, I’m super excited to be back in wedding mode, refreshed and ready for all the incredible weddings and elopements this year. Whoop 🙌🏼

On the 1st Friday of Spring, we celebrated these two amazing humans at Vaucluse House.

Their story begun way way before they actually met. A big shout out to their intuitive mutual friends who knew straight away they’d gel. Both Elise & Filip kept hearing about each other for years. Then finally, Elise was ready to meet this mystery man.

When they did meet up, Filip was sporting a bright orange jacket…instantly putting Elise at ease. She knew he’d be a load of fun. Filip saw Elise in her activewear and a big friendly smile and well, he was walking on a dream. Frank Sintara was singing “The Girl from Ipanema” in his head ☺️ Both smitten, they never looked back ❤️

Theirs was the best kind of day ✨

Where else does two fantasy-loving nerds get engaged?
 Well, Hobbiton NZ of course.  
Then one month ago, they lived out their ultimate fantasy hosting their own LOTR-infused wedding at The Grange. It felt like a scene right out of Hobbiton, complete with a string quartet performing theme anthems of their fav films - Star Wars & LOTR.

Nothing short of an epic adventure that’s only just begun ✨
