Thanks again to Andrea and Alison who support me on the job so consistently and make each event so effortless.

A memorable few days in Paris notably dining at Le Grand Colbert famous from the movie 'Something's Gotta Give' with Diane Keaton and Jack Nicholson. Also, brunch at Cedric Grolets tea room worth mentioning, and a visit to Stohrer Patisserie, founded in 1730 by Louis XV pastry chef.
Then a couple of days in Dubai where the cuisine is so culturally varied and interesting.

Some of the most fabulous places to eat in Rovinj, Trget and Motovun, Croatia, with views to die for. Fresh seafood, shaved black truffles and local olive oils make the experience entirely unforgettable.

As a caterer unique culinary experiences are relished and need to be shared.
A memorable visit today to Backyard in P**a, Croatia, to celebrate my partners birthday is one of the best yet.
A small, hole-in-the- wall restaurant not far from the historic Arena in this seaside town delivered one of the most innovative, beautiful and delicious degustation menus paired with local wines from small vineyards within a 20km radius. Every dish a delight and a credit to the young and enthusiastic team who delivered it seamlessly.
Only seating about 12 diners at a time the service was impeccable.
If you ever find yourself in this part of the world ,(and I strongly suggest putting the Istria region on your list), make sure Backyard is also at the top of your list.
