Whilst I was in Bali recently I made sure I booked myself in for at least 3 reflexology sessions.
Technically you couldn't really call it reflexology it was more like a foot massage. Still it felt great and I appreciated the time and effort the therapist gave me.
Pure Reflexology in the hands of a trained therapist who is qualified and has continued to update training by doing professional development is in my opinion key in correctly performing reflexology and making sure the client is well taken care of.

This has been part of my ritual for the last 6 years. I often recommend parents do this for little ones as it aids a peaceful sleep. It's also really good for tummy upsets.
