ELEMENTS: water. conceptual short film
The first in a series of conceptual films about individuals navigating a society that
is constantly changing its beliefs and truths.
In this art piece, I explore how identity, truths, and culture are just elements, to be
used by people. Like all tools can be used to build or to destroy.
Water, like identity, is a basic element of our world, fluid, grafting to the environment
they are in.
I explore the interactions between the individual (ipse) and the societal (idem)
identity, is there a possibility of distinction between the ipse and idem or are we
destined to follow the script given to us by those who have influence in our lives?
