“We could not recommend Steph enough when you are choosing a celebrant for your wedding day. Steph was amazing to work with - everything was done so seamlessly, and Steph walked us through every step required right from beginning to end with such kindness and care.

Our ceremony was unique in the fact that we had Auslan Interpreters present, which meant that Steph had to work with additional people to ensure that the ceremony went smoothly for all! This required additional preparation prior to our wedding day, to which Steph worked behind the scenes to ensure everything was prepared and we didn’t have to worry at all! Steph handled this with such professionalism, was always so flexible and worked so well alongside the Auslan Interpreters.

HELLO 2024!

Wow I cannot believe it’s March today! 🤯

The end of 2023 was beautifully wrapped up marrying some gorgeous couples. 2024 is ready to roll returning to some of my favourite venues and marrying even more amazing couples. Cannot wait!

As usual I’m here working behind the scenes writing personalised ceremonies and catching up on meetings for the upcoming weddings.

2023 that’s a wrap! 1 meeting to go this year but otherwise I’ll be a bit slower on the emails over the next few weeks as I unwind and soak up some family time.

The new Mr & Mrs!

On Saturday I had the honour of marrying Bec & Matt at the beautiful 🩷

One of the sweetest, most down to earth couples I’ve had the pleasure of marrying. Although we’d only had 2 meetings over zoom, I feel like I’ve known them forever.

These two are absolutely head over heels in love and have so much admiration, respect and love for one another. Their vows perfectly encapsulated this.

Nothing was getting in the way of these two beautiful souls getting married! From a swift change of venue a few weeks out from their wedding, everything came together perfectly for this magical day.

The weather flipped and changed and the team at were incredible watching, waiting and moving furniture to make sure everything was just right for the ceremony despite the rain.

Soph, Calle and their gorgeous little boy Felix made my “job” a breeze. Cool, calm and collected and so much fun!

On Saturday I was the lucky one to make it all official for this beautiful couple. The sun came out right on cue for Blake and his groomsmen to kick start the ceremony by walking down the aisle first with claps and cheers from their family and friends.

Absolutely loved working with on this one and the results of such a calm and talented photographer just speak for themselves with this little sneak peak.

This ceremony was the perfect mix of relaxed, love and laughs. Matt kept both Stephs (me and his wife) on edge by not writing down his vows at all and just planning to wing it, but have no fear - he nailed it!

A little baby W is now on the way and I couldn’t be more excited for them! Lots of my past couples now have little ones in tow and it honestly just makes me so happy 😃

Can kids be included in your ceremony?
Absolutely!
Having 3 kids of my own, I know how important it is to include them (especially in such important life moments!)

While children can’t sign your offical marriage certificates, I created a family certificate for the couple’s 2 children to sign to make them feel included and extra special!

It’s been a little quiet over here recently and if you’ve been following along for a while you’ll know the last few years has certainly had it’s ups and downs.

Recently Sealed by Steph has turned FOUR! I can’t believe I’ve been doing this amazing gig for four years now & im so grateful for every couple who has trusted me to share their story & be part of their day.

I am excited about the plans I have coming for Sealed by Steph and even more excited to let you know I’ve opened up more availability for the end of 2023 & well into 2024!!

In pure sunshine (and a little wind) at the top of the headland at Caves Beach, I got to marry the gorgeous new Mr & Mrs B on Saturday.

Calm, relaxed and personal was definitely the vibe for the ceremony. I really enjoyed being able to incorporate their parents into their special day with acknowledging them in the ceremony, James’ Dads bringing up the rings and their Mums being their official witnesses.

Can you believe it’s almost Christmas?
I’ve neglected this space a bit this year as it’s been a busy year!

My books are open but im limiting my bookings again for 2023 and almost at my comfortable capacity as being a Mum is absolutely still my number 1 role right now. These kids just grow up so fast!!

1 more wedding this weekend before a much needed break. I’ll still be available but may be a bit slower on the replies as I will be having a little family holiday and not back to work fully until mid Jan.

I had the honour of marrying these gorgeous high school sweethearts yesterday. They have spent half of their lives growing and sharing experiences together and it all began way back in class 8S.
A big shout out has to be given to the most incredible guests ever!! What a vibe! Every single person in that barn was completely involved in the ceremony and you could tell they were so excited to be there to share in this incredible moment. They even gave the best clapping and cheering entrance to both the groom and bride’s mums to kick it all off 🎉

I can’t wait to see what the future holds for this inspiring couple! It’s going to be bright! ☀️

Let’s talk FLOWERMEN 🌹

Ahh I’ve been waiting for this moment. A bit of a celebrant bucket list item if you will..

Tam & Liam had some absolute legends for friends who rocked it down the aisle with some dance moves, throwing petals and even a sneaky kiss planted on the grooms cheek at the end.

They also handed out rose petals to the guests during the signing to get ready for showering the couple as they exit the ceremony.

She braved the rain, wind and cold for our rehearsal time which was made harder by having a large bridal party without a single complaint. She was open and honest and always quick to respond to any emails/texts we sent. Could not recommend her highly enough to anyone, she was part of the reason our day was just so perfect!”

A little celebrant & personal photo drop ♥️

Back in March I had the honour of being both bridesmaid and celebrant for my amazing sister in law.

How does that work exactly?

Caitlin & Steve’s kickass MC did all my pre ceremony chit chat and prepared everything I needed ready. Music starts, I walked down the aisle first, swapped the MC my flowers for the mic & got to it!

There you have it!

My 2 biggest babies also had the best day ever having the special roles of flower girl and page boy. They took the day all in their stride from the getting ready, ceremony & party.

A day we will all remember forever!
