Back at The Marion for a wedding. The view is spectacular. Great way to kick off the ACT school break by officiating the ceremony of a school teacher. After today I will be back on deck after the holidays ❤️❤️❤️

Beautiful start to weddings in July. I’m excited about the views from The Marion, the Sri Lankan customs of lighting the oil lamp and Kiribath. The bride decorated the cake and the groom will be playing the harp! BEST 🙂 Tomorrows wedding is also at The Marion, awesome times ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Capped off the end of a busy wedding season yesterday for a beautiful early evening ceremony at Rose Cottage. I am posting a few pics from the last few weddings I did at The Yarralumla Woolshed and The Chapel at Gold Creek, that I hadn’t posted about as it was a busy time. I’ll be doing lots of admin in June before things amp up again in July. Thank you autumn for being glorious ❤️

Back from holidays and straight to a wedding rehearsal. But was lucky to find some gifts and testimonials on my arrival. From a box of goodies from a couple whose commitment ceremony I couldn’t do but I sent a video instead, a bottle of deliciousness from a couple whose wedding I did plus a bit mcing, to flowers from a phenomenal photographer who appreciated my ability in organising groups for photos just more reasons to LOVE this job ######x

Happy National Celebrant's Day for yesterday. I was busily writing weddings and forgot to post. Being a part of ceremonies and watching them evolve is a true joy. I haven't posted here for a while as I have been celebrating my 10 years as a Celebrant by not doing weddings. I know that's a bit weird but I thought I would take the opportunity in winter to enjoy some of the other things I love just as much as weddings, such as spending time with family, lots of travel, doing comedy (Sydney Fringe is coming up) and watching the Women's World Cup (yay Matilda's). With one more trip planned I will be up and running again with my first wedding scheduled for January 2024. I am already fully booked for the first part of the year but I am taking bookings from July 2024 onwards. Thank you to everyone that has made this business the success it is and I look forward to all the celebrations next year.
