Creating these memories and having them captured is so important to us because time really is a thief. We blinked and our little man is already 6 months old 🥹
Having these photos to look back on will forever remind us of just how special this time together has been. Nixon has been a dream come true for our family and by far the most perfect final piece. We have so much love for him and his two adoring big sisters simply just can’t get enough of him 💙
Did you know its only 21 more weekends until Christmas, which means that there is only 3 more months until it's time to capture those seasonal Christmas memories we always love and adore!
You might have seen I am offering a handful of in home Christmas sessions this year in the first week of December as something fun and new!
This year I will 100% also be doing the Christmas tree farm but I just wanted to know if there was any interest in Studio sessions too so i can see how much of my calendar to book out haha

Following on from my last post i can now say that I'm an Award winning professional photographer :P
These 3 images I also entered into a different category, these 3 made it into the top 35 in Australia for the Digital professional family category, again in itself such a huge achievement to even get into the top 35! I was awarded highly commended for these 3 not award winning but still recognized as highly professional captures.

It's called Cub Care they are based in Queensland however they do zoom calls and are mostly an online service.
They can help with

- Baby & Toddler Clinic for ages 0 - 4 where you can speak to a PAEDIATRIC DOCTOR.
- Behaviour, Attention and Hyperactivity Clinic PAEDIATRIC DOCTOR for 5 - 16 year olds
- Allergy and immunology
- Constipation
- Parenting support and Advice
- Sleep and Settling
You don't have to have a referral but its cheaper if you do.
They even have a "New baby subscription" which helps parents with sleep, feeding, parenting, lactation consultants and lots more support.
I just thought this was a great resource and wanted to share it as most of my clients are mum's and mum's to be and I wish I had known about this earlier as sometimes the local drs are booked out or dont have answers.

I'm having a bit of a quiet week this week and weekend down lots of backend work as my eldest has been home all week with a chest infection and my middle child has tonsilitis so I'm also playing mummy/nurse keeping up with all there antibiotics and fluids to get them back to school hopefully next week! This year has been brutal for sickness hasn't it! I don't know who needs to hear this but your doing a wonderful job, your an amazing parents and your child(ren) love you, you are the centre of there world make sure your looking after yourself too
The find a photographer association are so beautiful they send a pendant each year to collect with a little note. I was also gifted a beautiful camera strap by them for placing 10th in the highlight photo awards this year ✨️ 🙌

From me Brooke the memory keeper - Amy told me the funniest thing yesterday poor Elliot who is turning for in 1 weeks time thought his names was Ellio up until about 6 months time hence they name at the top he is such a beautiful boy all of Amy's children are so polite and beautiful natured i'm so lucky to capture them every year for their birthdays!
I encouraged Amy to have a few images captured on her own to celebrate the justice for something horrible that happened to her. She is so strong, so beautiful inside and out and i'm so incredibly proud to call her my friend. Your amazing Amy, You are a survivor beautiful

We really wanted to have this newborn stage captured as we waited so long to grow our family and we are just so in love with her. We love watching jayla be a big sister, we wanted to be able to remember how little Darcie looks in Jayla’s arms.
Little nose, lips and chubby little cheeks are the cutest little features and I’m so glad we get to remember them forever. Brooke has done an amazing job and made us feel so welcome and special in her studio.

Getting our photos taken is always a breeze with Brooke. Being pregnant, in hospital after a Caesar unable to bend and being a new mum have all been moments that I have been vulnerable. I have shared these moments with Brooke, each time feeling comfortable and safe in her presence even in some moments of showing more skin than I normally would. I look back at these moments in time and I am so grateful to have these memories and to have such talent capture them. Picking up our framed memories has been an exciting time to hang them on the wall and to make our house feel like a home at last.
