Its an honour to be back at the Seymour Alternative Farming Expo again this year. A huge 3 days of cooking demonstrations in the Country Kitchen. Thanks to Vic from Victory Meats for being my demoing parter and supplying us with the best local meat to be found. To My Slice Of Life thanks for sponsoring the Carnovore Collective All time BBQ Hour and hooking us up with your amazing range of rubs and seasonings. It's that time of year again, jam packed sessions with something for everyone. My Slice Of Life

Our amazing country cooking and butcher breakdown team is back!

Adrian and Vic have been sharing their tips and tricks, menu ideas and recipes for the past several years at Seymour Expo and we are thrilled to have them both back for every day of the expo in 2024.

This year Adrain will be doing "Carnivore Collective All Time BBQ Hour" each day at 12:50pm as well as the popular "Are you game?” sessions cooking with kanagaroo, goat and venison.

Vic will be sharing how to breakdown pork shoulders, beef forequarter, poultry, and lamb hindquarter... just to name a few!

Kids cooking demos will be on Friday and Saturday at 11:30am, with special guest chef Lila joining Adrian on Saturday for a "Come and build your own lamingtons" session where all adults must be supervised by a child!'
