Founded in 2013, Run Qld has built a community on the Sunshine Coast, with friends all over the country and the globe. We always encourage our community to try something new. One of our community members Jo has organised a free Self-Defence workshop for runners this coming July.
Whether you're a seasoned runner or just starting out, this class will equip you with essential skills and build confidence to stay safe on the trails.

Each year, every single race, we have enthusiastic volunteers show up creating such a memorable atmosphere for our runners. Whether this be at checkpoints, out on the track or for those who put their hand up and help us out on the day.
Conditions this year for Yandina werenโt ideal, it was extremely wet and ridiculously muddy - but we still had incredible support from this beautiful community.

Some of you may of had the pleasure of meeting Oliver Lubberink at the Glasshouse Standing over New Years and heard his amazing story.
For those that didn't, Oliver is a sepsis and ventilator survivor and will be tackling multiple trail runs throughout 2024 to not only to spread awareness around sepsis and his journey but to raise money for Skye Whitfield, an 8 year-old with cancer.
