👉 When you're feeing nerves and butterflies, don’t resist them! When we focus negative energy on feeling nervous, our nerves intensify!
👉 Instead, acknowledge nerves are totally normal and part of the process of presenting.
👉 This awareness alone is a simple but powerful shift that helps you manage your physiology.

👉 If you’re someone who ‘needs’ to know every single word of your script (which I don’t recommend at all btw)… But if that is you, read it out loud so you can hear your own voice - not just in your head. This helps a lot!

👉 Believe in yourself and your message. Because if you don’t, nobody else will. Put time and effort into developing deep confidence.
👉 Self-belief is the foundation of all successful pursuits and endeavors. It means having faith in your skills, talents and abilities. When you believe in yourself, you emit positive and captivating energy that is totally contagious!
