We also provide plates, cutlery, cups and napkins in the colour of your choice. Further options include hot or cold pre-dinner nibbles, entrees, desserts and crockery. Choose from premium cuts of pork, lamb, beef, chicken, baked ham and turkey, roasted to perfection creating mouth watering flavors. All meats are cooked on-site to ensure quality and freshness. This was the final night of 3 we catered. All a great success, great people, had a ball.

We catered for 250 guests at Trial Bay Gaol, South West Rocks for the NSW National Parks and Wildlife Service
We ran out of light we could get any desserts photos.
This was the first time we catered in the Gaol and it was a fantastic experience.

Desserts were also served but they came very quickly and we couldn't get any photos 🤣
The weather turned quickly, but it was a very successful night.
