“Dreaming of a time…” AI Digital Art series. A visual series aimed at celebrating and exploring the richness that cultural inclusion and celebration can bring to indigenise the wedding space and reimagine our sacred ceremonies. To inspire more people from diverse backgrounds to take up space in the wedding industry, and impart your unique flavour and vision upon an industry that has rarely seen, much less celebrated us.We are still here.
Bridal Portraits, but make it metal 🤘🏽❤️🔥
Congratulations to these two amazing humans @shenaz_engineer + @jcheng_photography who had a super intimate ceremony celebrating their journey with their closest loved ones 🤗
My sister. My inspiration. My biggest supporter. Walking beside me as we both embark on our own healing journeys. Separately, but always together.

Afternoon strolls through the sand dunes of K’Gari
🌊✨🤍 Just getting lost in these beautiful dunes of K’gari, while my family waits in the car surrounded by dingoes 🙈
📍 Sandy Cape, K’gari
I acknowledge the Butchulla people of K’gari and pay my respects to their Elders of past, present and emerging. I respect and honour their connection to the land and sea in this very special part of our planet, and extend that respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples throughout Australia 🖤💛❤️

Slow mornings in the Hinterland 🌿🛁✨
THIS IS WHERE IT ALL STARTED 🥀🥀🥀 3 Years ago, my husband and I whisked our families off to the East Coast of Tasmania and we eloped! It was such a beautiful, intimate and intentional way of sharing our vows with our nearest and dearest, and I’ve been an avid “Pro Eloper” ever since 🤣🙈 CLICK LINK IN BIO to see this blog post!

THIS is where it started for me, and began my obsession with capturing unique love stories and epic Elopements/Micro Weddings. This epic vid captured by the amazing @thelovelab who I will be eternally grateful for 🥀🙏🏽 Featured in @hellomaymagazine.

ELOPE NOW, PARTY LATER! 🎉
Have I mentioned that I flippin’ LOVE Elopements?! Nothing quite punches me right in the feels more than a couple deciding “f*ck it!” and stripping back this whole Wedding thing, to make the day entirely about themselves!
-
Choosing to put aside family politics. Choosing to forego the 100+ guest list. Choosing to strip back all of the “stuff”.
Choosing to make the day truly, and solely about you, the couple, and your love for each other.

I’m so so sorry to all of the couples that have been devastated by this latest blow to the Wedding industry! You might be feeling sad, you might be feeling angry, you might feel like punching your face in to a decadent flourless mudcake (which I 100% support btw!), and that is OKAY! Your feelings are real. Your feelings are relevant. Your feelings are valid. But the tiny silver lining in all of this, is it’s really forcing couples to step back and really think about what’s important to them when it comes to their wedding day. If the 100+ guest list, and hottest venue in town is important to you, that is okay too! But I’m here to tell you, even if you had a big party planned, your special day still doesn’t have to be taken away from you! ELOPE NOW, PARTY LATER! I promise it won’t make your day any less special, in fact you might be grateful for it! Trust me, I speak from experience - my husband and I eloped, and then partied with all of our friends a few months later!
-
I guess what I’m saying is, in light of the new ban on weddings being 5pax total - you can still have a chat to your celebrant and photographer and/or videographer about turning your date in to an Elopement! Get all of the official stuff out of the way and then reschedule your venue to host your “We got hitched” party with all of your friends and family!!!! You could even share your wedding video and wedding images up on the big screen for all of your guests to relive your day! AND you get to rock your Wedding outfit TWICE! How bloody amazing!
