Are you looking for a dynamic, interesting and fun position liaising with local vendors in the events industry? Are you an enthusiastic, customer service-minded and tech savvy person ready to host our photo booth experiences?

The Photo Booth-less is an established open-style photo booth company working many events over the last decade within Newcastle/Hunter Valley area and beyond. From weddings, to parties, to corporate networking and marketing activations, we create a fun personalised experience for every event!

In this position, you will get the opportunity to not only be an enthusiastic photo booth attendant, but utilise your communication and networking skills as a sales and relationships representative. While this position is for one role, your responsibilities will fall under two categories.

The responsibilities for this role include:

Photo Booth Host

- Be a friendly host! Ensure all guests have a fun and safe experience in our photo booth
- The transportation, set up and pack down of photo booth equipment
- Ensuring the photo booth is running smoothly throughout the event
- Capturing event-based content for Social Media e.g. posting stories

Sales & Relationships Representative

- Sourcing new sales opportunities through; creating and maintaining Relationships with Event Planners, Venues and Marketing Executives (for activation jobs)
- Managing and converting inbound leads

To be successful in the role, you need to:

- Be driven, confident, positive and self-motivated
- Be well presented, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- You must hold a full driver's license, and willingness to travel reasonable distances for events. Reliable transportation is an advantage.
- Have strong computer skills
- Have outstanding telephone etiquette and customer service skills, and the ability to relate to and chat with a wide variety of different people
- Be prepared for some heavy lifting
- Photography experience helpful but not necessary
- Resilience and the ability to handle rejection
- Have an approachable, bright and bubbly personality

We wanted to give a massive shout out to all the female business owners and entrepreneurs out there, especially our creative director/all round boss queen Kimberley! 📸

The Photo Booth-Less has become a massive success all thanks to Kimberley's vision, hard work and that lovely cocktail of blood, sweat and tears 😜 She built this business from the ground up almost entirely by herself while also raising her two daughters, and we couldn't be more proud of her every day!

Hey hey, it's Random Acts of Kindness Day! ❤️🧡💛

Sometimes, we all need a smile, some kind words or a big hug no matter what we're going through.

The beautiful Lisa from The Big Hug Box knows that there is nothing more comforting than a big hug 🤗 She has created a not-for-profit charity that aims to brighten the lives of those fighting cancer by sending them gorgeous gift boxes. This year we wanted to get on board their inspirational message 🌈

For the next month, for every photo booth package booked we will donate a Random Hug of Kindness gift box to a cancer centre 💐🌷
Not only will you get to experience our fabulous open photo booth experience 😜 but you will be sending someone in need a random act of kindness and a big hug - what's not to love?

2020 events were, well, strange to say the least. We're welcoming 2021 with open arms! 🎉

For us Photo Boothers, we were able to adapt our styles and processes in our Covid-Safe plans, and we were still able to enjoy the Picture Perfect Fun, even when it looked a bit different! Now that 2021 is here and more events are being given the green light there are still a few things that we expect to be different.

For photo booths, hygiene and social distancing are still our top concern in keeping everyone as safe as possible! 📸 This means a few changes in regard to props and the number of people in the photo booth - we will definitely be letting you know what to expect when you book one of our booths! 🎀

If 2020 taught us anything, it’s that you just can’t know for sure what is around the corner! We can't wait to see you all in the next few months - let’s all cross our fingers that your parties and events can get closer and closer to ‘normal’ this year! 🎞️🎞️

What you may not know about us is that we're one of Australia's first open photo booths! We hated the idea of squeezing into tiny booths and we wanted to challenge you to fit as many people as you could in our open booth (well, before Covid times at least!) 📸📸

So not only will you not have to worry about squashing into tiny booths, you get to enjoy perfectly matched backdrops, premium quality prints (bye bye fuzzy, dark images!) and all the fun that a photo booth brings to your event! 📽🎊🎉

We always talk about how our photo booth experience is like no other – we just think we’re a pretty awesome team with some incredible booths 😉 What you may not know about us, is that we are always prepared for any kind of issue on the night. Though it is rare for us, we all know that technology can be our best friend or our worst enemy, and we want you to know that we always come to events with backup equipment to ensure the smooth running of your event.

We’ve never had to cut a night short – if anything did go wrong, you wouldn’t know it! Coming from a wedding photographer’s background, we know that we’ve got one chance on the night of an event to capture these images for you.

When you book The Photo Booth-Less, you’re also booking a peace of mind knowing that the photo booth will be running all night!
