Who would have thought that a community hall could look so good?

Trianna and Hossein chose the Rochedale Community Hall as the venue for their wedding. With the help of family and friends and some fabulous floral arrangements, a perfectly nice but plain-looking hall was transformed into a beautiful wedding chapel.

After the ceremony, the newlyweds and their guests partied on at the Ariala Restaurant, Springwood.

Wishing Trianna and Hossein a wonderful future as they start the next stage of their life together.

The day couldn't have been better for Rachel and Fletch's wedding... a great beach location, beautiful sunshine and enough breeze to keep the temperature on the sand pleasant.

The happy couple chose the gorgeous white sands of Bilinga Beach on the Gold Coast for their ceremony then partied the night away with family and friends at the Bilinga Surf Life Saving Club.

Congratulations to Rachel and Fletch. Wishing them enough joy and happiness to last a lifetime.

The lovely Sarah Taylor from Fire n Honey Images captured for posterity all the important moments of their ceremony and the reception afterwards.

Weddings don't get much better than this - a lovely couple, a beautiful sunny afternoon and a fabulous location... unless you add in an excited group of friends and relatives who had travelled from around the world to attend and PONIES!

Carol and Ed chose the gorgeous Cherbon Waters Equestrian Centre at Burbank as the venue for both their marriage ceremony and the reception afterwards. The huge lawn sloping gently towards the shores of the lake was the perfect spot for family members and friends to watch the ceremony and for photos afterwards.

The ceremony set-up and the reception marquee both looked spectacular, but what really stole the show, at least for the younger guests, were the ponies. In the gap between the ceremony and the reception there were pony rides for the children. Encouraged by Cherbon Waters' experienced staff members, many of the children had their first ever ride on a horse. Judging from the happy smiles, most of the kids loved the rides and had a great time.

Congratulations to Carol and Ed. Wishing them many happy, fun-filled years together.

Bec and Ben are another no-fuss couple who were a dream to work with. They chose the beautiful City Botanic Gardens as the venue for their ceremony then partied the night away with their family and friends at the Royal on the Park, just across the road from the main gates to the gardens.

Bec looked amazing in a gorgeous and striking black and white wedding dress with a black wrap for warmth as the temperature dropped late in the afternoon.

Bec's good friends Tara Waddington and Kylie Walton were the official wedding photographers and chose some fabulous spots in the gardens and in from of Old Parliament House to record Bec and Ben's big day for posterity.

Congratulations to Bec and Ben. Wishing them joy and happiness throughout the years ahead.

Simple but meaningful - these were the first words that Makayla and Charles said at our initial meeting when I asked them about their vision for their ceremony.

This lovely, no-fuss couple chose a sunny spot by the water at Riverlife, Kangaroo Point, for their ceremony then invited their guests to follow them home for a celebratory lunch and fun-filled afternoon with friends and family.

Wishing Makayla and Charles many years of happiness together.

Khriza and Mar’s wedding was a truly international affair, timed for when some very special family members were visiting from the USA.

On a beautiful, bright morning, these lovebirds tied the knot at the Bush Chapel in Queens Park, Ipswich, cheered on by their fabulously fluffy fur baby Kuffi (and their human family as well).

Wishing Khriza, Mar and Kuffi a wonderfully happy life together.

Vibrant? Joyful? Exuberant? Imagine a wedding where the bridal party dances down the aisle and the guests are dressed in their best and brightest outfits, clapping and cheering for the newlyweds throughout the ceremony. You're probably thinking about Lagrance and Elia's wedding...

This amazing couple were married in the eyes of God by their pastor and I had the privilege of conducting their legal wedding at the end of the church ceremony.

Congratulations to Elia and Lagrance. Wishing this beautiful couple peace, love and all the happiness they deserve.

Country weddings are always beautiful but getting married at Jimbour Station north of Dalby on the Darling Downs is extra special.

Charles and Charlotte chose to get married under a massive tree, aptly named The Grand Tree, in the gardens of historic Jimbour House. After their ceremony, the newlyweds and their guests moved into the Aircraft Hangar for dinner and to continue the party.

Congratulations to Charlotte and Charles. May their love burn brightly forever.

Shi-Anne and Isaiah's wedding was a joyful (and very wet) celebration of love and faith. This gorgeous couple chose the beach near Muriel Henchman Park on the Southport Spit for their nuptials.

I had the pleasure of co-celebrating their marriage with their pastor. Pastor Sam conducted most of the ceremony, marrying them in the eyes of God, while I was there to make sure that they were legally married according to Australian law.

The wedding set-up looked amazing, the guests were ready and waiting and a few minutes before the bride arrived.... down came the rain! The downpour that had been threatening all afternoon arrived with a vengeance, sending guests scurrying to cars for umbrellas and rain jackets. By the time Shi-Anne arrived, the rain had stopped and the ceremony proceeded without further drama until close to the finish when the rain started again, thankfully, less heavily this time.

In a meaningful acknowledgement of her Māori heritage, Shi-Anne was presented with a beautiful kahu huruhuru (feather cloak) that she wore proudly throughout the ceremony.

Congratulations to Shi-Anne and Isaiah. May they enjoy all of life's blessings and love's joys.

Thanks to Chanya Wiringi from 317 Imagery for these fabulous photos.

What a fabulous spot for a wedding!

Jess and Richard chose a spot under the enormous fig trees at Brisbane's Mowbray Park for their romantic evening wedding. The weather was beautiful, the ceremony proceeded smoothly and when the newlyweds sat down to sign the marriage documents... right on cue, the fairy lights throughout the park began to twinkle, transforming a lovely riverside park into a super glamorous location.

Congratulations to Jess and Richard. May their lives be filled with joy, laughter and many cherished memories.

Thanks to Eve Wheeler from Photography2envy www.photography2envy.com for the amazing photos.
