Someone's pretty happy today! Witnessing you sign your NOIM over zoom has now been passed by the Feds. Every celebrant in the country is doing handstands this morning with joy! It makes our lives and our couples soooo much easier. And, like before, this only applies to couples located in Oz.

Helloooo to all my gorgeous couples and new followers! Just a heads up that I'm moving house over the next few weeks which means I may be a little slower than normal at responding to your emails/messages.

We're only moving a short distance within the same suburb but our new place isn't quite ready so we're being creative and pretending we're on holiday in our motorhome! 🚐🐕️👫

Anyway, I can't wait to be in my new office setup creating lots of fabulous ceremonies.

⚡️ FLASHBACK FRIDAY ⚡️

Brittany + Jeremie chose the stunning Jack Rabbit for their celebration and it was one to remember! Their attention to detail was second to none which isn't surprising as Britt is the creative styling genius behind .

And one of the highlights of the day was when they made several promises in their vows to each other with Jeremie promising, among other things, to talk Britt down from buying another Zimmerman dress. And Britt acknowledged that Jeremie's beautiful eyes, his daggy dancing and potato growing skills are just the icing on the cake.

BOOKINGS UPDATE

Just letting you know that today I took my 54th booking for 2024, thanks .caruana and Cody, which means I have one space left. I only work 9 months a year and I've found 55 weddings is the perfect work/life balance for me. I have one more couple booking scheduled later this month but, if you have already enquired, I will definitely honour those quotes.

And for 2025, March and April are nearly fully booked.

It's always your choice.

Some couples are surprised when I tell them I won't be standing between them for the whole ceremony and that what I think works best is for them, and their bridal party, to face their guests.

During the ceremony I'll ask you to turn and face each other and hold hands. At some point after this I'll come between you for the vows and the ring exchange. I then disappear back to the side for the declaration and the all-import smooch! 💋 You definitely don't need me smack bang in the middle in every single photo of your ceremony.

And 99% of my ceremonies are done like this, but, I always say it is totally your choice. This isn't my wedding. It's yours and you need to do what feels right for you two. I'll always pass on my experience of what I think works best for your size celebration but, in the end, it's your choice. I'm just here to help 🤍

Venue No 3: Basils Farm. I'm doing a wedding here in a few weeks so I'll have more pics but this is a stunning venue with it's views across Swan Bay to Queenscliff. Basil's Farm is all about paddock to the plate as you'll see by their potager garden.

Venue No 2: Flying Brick Cider Co. What a great ambience and relaxed setting for a wedding.

I've visited a few different venues on The Bellarine lately so I thought I'd show a few pics over a few posts. Today's is Little Red Fox Eatery at Banks Road Vineyard. They have some funky sculptures, a beautiful dining space and an enormous marquee area.
