We have lunch boxes galore today! Our classic features a panini with prosciutto, fresh mozzarella and pesto, a sandwich with lemon herbed chicken, fresh fruit, a carrot and walnut cupcake and a drink!
Our vegetarian option included a panini with falafel, tzatziki and quinoa salad, plus a cut sandwich with retro curried egg and rocket.

Lunch boxes for miles for Satterley Property! Today’s corporate boxes included 5 hr slow cooked pulled beef with aged cheddar and chutney, triple smoked ham with Dijon mustard and vintage cheddar, side salad, fresh grapes, lamingtons and a boost juice. Lunch done ✅

My great grandmother’s
ANZAC Biscuit recipe that I make each year.

Ingredients:
130 g plain (all-purp) flour
150 g granulated white sugar
¼ teaspoon salt
1 ½ cups rolled oats (not quick oats)
⅔ cup fine desiccated coconut
¼ cup golden syrup
113g unsalted butter
1 teaspoon baking soda (bicarb)
1 ½ tablespoons boiling water

Instructions:
* Preheat the oven to 180C / 350F / 160C fan forced.
* In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, oats, coconut and salt until well combined. Set aside.
* Combine the golden syrup and butter in a small saucepan and melt together over low heat.
* Mix the baking soda with the boiling water and add to the butter mixture. It should start to get frothy straight away.
* Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients
* Use a small cookie scoop to scoop balls of loose cookie dough onto baking trays at least 2 inches apart. Don’t overcrowd the trays as they spread.
* Bake for 14 minutes, turning the tray at the halfway point

Just a little update to let you know that Out of Thyme will be temporarily closed until the 18th April as we head overseas to celebrate Adam’s 50th lap around the sun! We’re looking forward to experiencing some incredible cuisines and bringing back a journal full of new recipes! First stop is the Great Pyramids. See you soon Cairo!

Now time to organise ourselves for our own Christmas celebrations 🎄🎅
