Happy New Year everyone 🥳 we are back to our regular Friday lunches and today in case the staff were over turkey, ham and prawns we decided tacos 🌮 were in order!!!
We love getting the opportunity to be involved in people’s special days. Today was the celebration for the groom and his family before they all head to the church for a beautiful wedding. Being a wonderful family from Croatia 🇭🇷 the morning was steeped in traditions and we were so excited to be a small part of it.
Last Friday lunch for the year at First Page so of course it was Christmas themed! We had roast turkey, ham off the bone, cauliflower cheese, roast pumpkin, carrots and potatoes lots of sides, fresh prawns and all the trimmings!

When it’s time to feed a crowd we’re ready to go! On the menu today we had herbed chicken on the bone, marinated roast pork, jacket potatoes, pesto pasta, wild rice with vegetables plus Mediterranean salad, superslaw, chicken salad with pomegranates and beetroot with goats cheese salad with a balsamic dressing.

Lunch at First Page today included spiced mango chicken, slow roast lamb, baked barramundi, pesto pasta and roast vegetables with lentil and cous cous tabbouleh, pumpkin and feta salad, green goddess salad with chickpeas and mixed Mediterranean salad.

On the menu today is herbed roast chicken on the bone, marinated roast pork, spiced vegetable and basmati rice, vegetarian frittata, romesco pasta, potato salad, Mediterranean salad, Hawaiian salad, beetroot and goats cheese salad plus chickpea and quinoa salad.
