Hi I am Nikki!!
I am the owner of Boho Brides annnnd I also own a hair salon located in Yarrabilba!

Recently was my birthday and we had a themed party… I bet you can’t guess what the theme was? LOL.

It all felt very similar to our Brides planning a wedding when we recently decided to have a joint birthday party, my husband and I! However, we both had different ideas of how we wanted to look 😂
I had to organise Hair and Makeup, outfits, guest lists, decor, catering, etc. i’m sure you know them feels and it’s hard to know where to start.

So of course I wanted to look beautiful with all the bling and pretty things, and he wanted to look cool and tough so my costume was a night fairy and he went as Dark Knight Batman.

To wrap it all up we needed to come up with a theme for our party for decor purposes so we ended up calling it “after dark” LOL some guests initially got the wrong idea, but innocently, what the theme meant was-
Dress up as something that comes out at night. 😂

How amazing did my make up look? We can give credit to one of our very own Boho make up artist’s Cheryl, and of course I did my own hair.

Although our business is working in bridal, rest assure we are able to create many different themes and looks that you may want or even give you some ideas of things you may have never considered.

It’s my 40th birthday soon!! And so my husband and I have decided to throw a big joint party on our property as his birthday is 10days before mine!

Haha it has feels like planning wedding🤭

We have made it themed and costumes must be worn!! I look fwd to sharing how it all turned out and what I am doing with my Hair and Makeup for my costume as a NIGHT FAIRY🧚🏼‍♀️😜

Today it was raining outside, but Cedar Creek Lodges was stunning from The Mill Lodge. Definitely recommend this room.

And our bride Emma was radiant!
Emma had soft curls at her trial but due to the humidity she decided to go with a more set Wave knowing it may drop a bit.

All her bridesmaids had upstyles🧡🙌🏻

Happy 1 year to the Amazing Rae!

Rae joined our salon ONE YEAR ago and is such an amazing soul to work with. We share so many laughs and D&M’s🧡 her relaxed vibes carry out through the whole salon and is actually hard to get an appointment with lol

Rae is also in our bridal team and looks after alot of our elopement brides- doing incredible work!!!
