We were thrilled to work with Launch Housing on this digital installation for National Homelessness Week, a cause very close to our hearts.

Anyone can face homelessness. Rising living costs, a lack of affordable housing, and consistent financial stress due to rent and mortgages are pushing many into a state of homelessness. Catch yourself before placing blame on a person for issues society plays a significant role in creating. Melbourne should be a liveable city for all. ❤️

MSG’s LED Sphere reportedly cost 2.3 BILLION to build 🫢

One block east from the Vegas strip, the record-breaking Sphere sits at 366 feet tall and 516 feet wide. In addition to being the largest sphere, the bowl reportedly also has the largest LED lights with 1.2 million lights the size of hockey pucks. The venue can seat nearly 18,000 people.🤯

New gigs can feel like starting all over again and again and again, especially a career in touring that spans decades.

You've probably accomplished some incredible things over the years; it's likely why you're still here.
You've also, likely experienced some turbulent times.

Having to prove yourself repeatedly can be both rewarding and extremely stressful, filled with doubts and anxiety.
"Do I really know what I'm doing?" (i.e., Imposter Syndrome)

Depending on your role, working with an entirely new crew and artists can be quite a challenge. Not all tours are created equal. You are likely facing numerous expectations, some of which you are aware of and others that you may not be. Some expectations may be reasonable, while others may not be.

Filling high-pressure positions can be a Herculean task with little to no room for error, or even time to accumulate.

Of course, we all strive to be our best and do an outstanding job, but it's important to remember that you are only human. You are not perfect, and it's crucial to allow yourself some room for understanding and compassion. Hold yourself accountable, but do so with kindness. Additionally, you should be treated with respect.
Any gig that fails to consider your humanity, within reason, is worth questioning its worth. If something doesn't work out, be honest with yourself, analyze the reasons behind it, learn from the experience, and move on.
There are occasions where the gig itself is the issue, not you.
You are not a machine; you are a human being who deserves to be treated as such.
Keep moving forward.
