Such a special moment to marry Emma and Jacob surrounded by their two boys. The ceremony was so intimate, it was a legals only ceremony with just the legal stuff, but with their own selected vows. It was still incredibly sweet and so meaningful. Emma's parents and Jacob's brother was there to witness it. I loved the idea of how they suprised their closest family and friends with a celebratory dinner at the restaurant afterwards and shared their exciting news!! I would have loved to be a fly on the wall to see their faces 😁 🥰🥰. Congrats again😘😘.

Kayla + Kieran 7.2.2024 Married!!
They had the most gorgeous wedding at Bendooley Estae with lots of love and warm feels. They did a first look, and in this cherished moment, they decided to share their vows privately with one another. I love this idea so much 🥰. It was such an honour to be their celebrant, and I wish them both the most rewarding journey in the months ahead and a lifetime of happiness. I'm so happy when couples shape their wedding day exactly as they envisioned it, and I feel honoured when they select me to be a part of it.

Samantha and Jonathon had an intimate ceremony with their immediate family, and it was truly beautiful. Despite a slight drizzle, it didn't dampen the moment and instead added a unique charm and a few giggles to the occasion. It was such a special day. I'm so glad I got to hang with them and meet their wonderful family.

Also, check out the view from the terrace suite at the Hyatt Regency. It was absolutely breathtaking.

How gorgeous are Suanne and Kenny 🥰

Their ceremony was so chilled (literally...it was so cold) but relaxed and beautiful. There was so much love and laughter, and their day reflected them perfectly. They were married in front of their nearest and dearest, and I have no doubt the reception was amazing.

HAPPY MONDAY!! Some wedding ceremony tips for your day.

1. Before the ceremony make sure you eat and stay hydrated. This is to help you get through your big day.

2. Stand close to eachother at the alter and make sure you stand in the middle of your arbour or back drop.

3. Face eachother

4. Be in the moment

5. Don't rush your vows

6. Pause and look around at your family and friends.

7. Stretch out that first kiss

8. Don't stress about the little things

9. Send your bridal party the itenary so they know what is going on

10. End of ceremony, pick a spot and stay together for hugs

I'm Rach and being a celebrant is my passion. This is me before a ceremony, gearing up and super excited for my couple.

I honestly still can't believe it. A few years ago, I was sitting with friends and I mentioned that I wanted to become a celebrant. They pushed me to give it go and even marry them. I knew it would be something that I would love, but I had feelings of self doubt. My family and friends believed in me and for that I'm so thankful.

I absolutely love my job, it's so much fun.
I'm still learning and inspired by so many celebrants and other wedding industry legends out there. One thing I've learnt is that we are all different, we have our own unique style. The couples who choose me, trust me to share their love story and know that I get their vibe.

Do I get nervous before a ceremony? Ofcourse I do! But a very wise musician once told me that it's because I care, and she's 100% right. I just want to do an amazing job for my couples. So when I'm up there, I take a moment, put my celebrant hat on and make sure I deliver an unforgettable ceremony.

Most people don't consider the ceremony as an important part of their wedding and often think they can book a celebrant last minute, but we should really be booked with your photographer and venue. After all, we write and deliver your love story, do all the legals, get you hitched and make it all official. Let's not forget, it's the part of the wedding that brings out all the feels that you and your guests will remember.

So if you haven't booked a celebrant, I'd love to be yours. I still have bookings available for 2023 and beyond.
