Just letting everyone know that tommorow is last day to put a order in for a lasagne. Also lasagnes will not be ready for delivery until the week of the 4th of September due to a family funeral in Port Lincoln next week. I will let you all know what day delivery will be. Thank you

What a big week and half preparing food and serving it to Bicycle SA . Over 200 people each night. We had a couple of hiccups the first night but got through. A big thank you to Jodie Allen and her 4 lovely students from Clare High School who did the waitressing they did a fantastic job. A hugh thank you to my staff on Monday night Roger Graham Annie Durkay and Sarah Fuller I could not have done this without you. A big thank you Mick Day who cooked all my chicken and bought it to me all hot that was a life saver. On Tuesday I would like to thank the lovely volunteers from Bicycle SA that came into the kitchen and helped me with my prep for that night and helped serve it.To my wonderful Tuesday night staff Annie Durkay and Sarah Fuller another big thankyou To Anita Maunder a hugh thankyou also your job was very stressful on Monday night due to dishwasher breaking down and not able to be fixed for a week I thank you for organising 4 wonderful volunteers from South Clare Helen Smith and Sam Malycha and from North Clare Pud Smith and Kylie Smith that took their time out on Tuesday night to come and do dishes from the night before then all the dishes on Tuesday night. You did a amazing job. Again a big thank you and time for a few days off .
