Beginners have their very own casual classes this term called "Intro to Pole" where we'll focus on the foundations of pole as well as transitions. Bookings essential via the GloFox app.

🦋 6 WEEK POLE COURSES
6 Week Pole Courses with Pixie will be on Thursdays this term:
🩵 Intermediate at 6:30pm - can do an ankle grab/crucifix
🩵 High-Intermediate at 8:30pm - can do a straddle invert
Course students will receive a $10 discount on all Jaxotic & Poleates classes, as well as $5 Studio Time as always.

✨ Update for our Beginner Classes ✨
You asked and we've listened!!
All our Beginner Pole classes are now casual.

Come and learn to pole dance in this 55 minute casual class for beginners! Suitable for all levels, we cater to wherever you're at in the most supportive and fun environment.

Your instructor will take you through some of the foundation moves of pole dancing and then teach you a short routine linking your new moves together. We finish the class with a lovely cool down stretch to work on increasing your flexibility and leave you feeling calm and accomplished.

No dance experience, fitness, flexibility, strength or co-ordination required! Even if you have 2 left feet, no rhythm and have zero strength we will show you that anyone can pole dance.

If you like to have fun, laugh and want to try something new, then pole dancing is probably for you!

💠 Thu 6:30pm
💠 Fri 4pm & 8pm

Pole Dancing is a skill-based activity not just a workout so the best way to learn is to do a course.

That’s one lesson a week where we build on what we have learned each session.

Our current 6 Week Beginner Pole Dance Course has already started BUT don’t worry it’s not too late!

Book in a BEGINNER CATCH UP SESH and then when you’re all up to speed you can join the course.

NOTE: There is no obligation to join a course after a catch up session. See if you like it and then if you want to enrol in a course the price of your catch up sessions will be deducted from the course cost. You will also not pay for any weeks missed earlier in the term.
