Welcome to the second entry into Bury The Hatchet’s journey.

We managed to secure a trailer base to work from, it is a Boat trailer that we are converting to our Axe Throwing Trailer.

We chose this style of trailer for 2 reasons

#1 It was Cheap!

#2 It gives the required length with option for width

So The trailer has been stripped of it’s rollers and unwanted parts and we have cleaned off all the surface and flake rust, surprisingly there wasn’t as much as we first thought and the clean up went quite quickly.

Next on the list is to remove the rusty leaf springs and install the new ones we purchased, then giving the entire frame a coat of rust preventer/primer and then painting it black!

The base/floor framing has been ordered and just needs to be picked up so when we are ready we can begin welding on a larger floor area but that is for another Journal entry 🙂

Until then our fine followers stay safe and Keep throwing Axes!
