Vodka Pasta Sauce is luscious and coats any pasta perfectly, though we do highly recommend our handmade pappardelle. This is a combination of classic tomato with just the slightest burn of vodka on the palette (don’t worry the alcohol is cooked off) and then balanced with a touch of cream to create a well balanced flavour profile. Now to take it to a whole other level we spike it with just a slight bit of chilli and finish with the ever decadent buffalo mozzarella.
