Pinchos Home- Vodka Pasta Sauce

https://cookaborough.com/pinchosathome/menus A delicious clip of our vodka pasta sauce now available on this week’s Pinchos Home menu. Vodka Pasta Sauce is luscious and coats any pasta perfectly, though we do highly recommend our handmade pappardelle. This is a combination of classic tomato with just the slightest burn of vodka on the palette (don’t worry the alcohol is cooked off) and then balanced with a touch of cream to create a well balanced flavour profile. Now to take it to a whole other level we spike it with just a slight bit of chilli and finish with the ever decadent buffalo mozzarella. Pinchos Catering isn’t just the food it’s an experience. Whether this is through our catered services or our Pinchos Home meals; you can rest assured that you will be indulging in well crafted flavours of the highest quality.
