Today we celebrate International Women's Day, a day to celebrate the immense social, economic, cultural and political achievements made by women, across our globe, but also acknowledge that there is still a long way to go for that world we were imagining.

This is something I have always been extremely passionate about and I have worked hard to make a difference. I have been fortunate enough to be in positions such as Head of HR and General Manager to initiate change but everyone can make a difference, regardless of their role or even employment status. For my children and for yours- let’s ask the questions, (like- “Is there a gender pay gap in our workplace?”, “what are the workplace parental leave and flexible work policies/pay and do they apply to men and women equally?” “Do we have a gender balance within sectors and management?” “Is the culture supportive and inclusive?” -let’s “raise the next generations right” and continue to push for change. As when you make a change, you make an impact. Together we can forge equality. Collectively we can all

How beautiful are these organic throw bags!?
For those who don’t know what they are - they are handfuls of dried flowers (with various flower fillings to select from- and they can each come with custom stickers) 💐 and they are purchased for many reasons, such as to add to bath soaks, incorporate into candles, used in potpourri and scatter as a decoration, but they were originally put together to be a natural biodegradable wedding confetti as many venues won’t permit confetti that isn’t environmentally friendly. 🌱
So today another 50 dried rose throw bags go out the door to make a beautiful couples big day even more special. I can’t wait to see the magical moments captured. 🌹
