❓“Do you actually monitor flights?”
Yes. Every airport transfer includes flight monitoring. If your flight is delayed or arrives early, we adjust your pickup timing accordingly so you’re not left waiting.
❓“What if I need to change my booking?”
Plans change, we get that. As long as you give us reasonable notice, we’ll do our best to adjust your booking and make it work.
❓“Can you handle large groups?”
Absolutely. From families travelling together to corporate groups and cruise passengers, we have a range of vehicles, including vans and shuttle buses, designed for group travel.
❓“What happens if my driver is running late?”
In 36 years of operation, punctuality has always been our priority. Drivers plan routes ahead of time and leave early to allow for unforeseen traffic. And if something unexpected ever did occur, our dispatch team and backup drivers ensure you’re still looked after.
