The beautiful Mina💃🏻 👠 from ~ will be joining us Sat 18th for some epic workshops … intention is to spark ⚡️ JOY and celebrate 🙌🏻 movement and the Flourish community (it’s our first birthday 🎈)! Yay 🙌🏻

👟 1-2.30pm Music Video Series
Open to all levels and beginner friendly .. we take it back to the 90’s with Salt n Pepa “Shoop” … dress in the vibes 💫 🔥

👠 3-4.30pm Sexy Heels - floor
We slow it down and make the movement slow and sensual. Heels are optional (bring socks 🧦) . A great way to build confidence and feel empowered.

Mina is the founder of . Training in street styles since the age of 16 - she brings high energy and motivation to her workshops, in a fun social environment!!!
