Hi guys! I’m shenai and I’ve been living on the Capricorn coast now for a little over a year.
I’ve always had a passion for planning a cute get together whether that be a picnic, a celebration or anything festive. Petal and picnic is aiming for a picture perfect pop up for intimate occasions. I’m only starting out small with a maximum of 6 people for each picnic.
Your picnic will include cushions, beautiful table decorations, a round woven rug, napkins, plates, cutlery, glassware, bottled water, set up and pack down at your chosen location for 2 hours. I’m located in Yeppoon but happy to travel in the Rockhampton region. If you’d like to add more see below ⬇️
All picnics have an allocated time of 2 hours.

3-4 person - $210
5-6 person - $250
‘LUXE’ package:
Upgrade your picnic for $120
Includes:
6 personalised sugar cookies
A grazing board with a selection of dips and crackers, cheeses, seasonal fruits, meats, and a few sweet treats. This can also include a bottle of wine if you are 18+
ADD ONS:
Additional hours - $40/hr
Lollie grazing board - $20
Lollie bags - $5 each
Personalised sugar cookies from sweet cookies - $2.50 each
