Laying Here listening to the rain..
Lucky the Zeehan primary school has a
big stadium ,
All activities will be indoors today.

Parade will still go ahead.

As same as last year each showbag is numbered, PLEASE KEEP THIS BAG UNTIL THE END OF THE DAY.
When all prizes from the parade, and our mega 1st n 2nd prize stocking will be drawn we will then announce ...

The ANNETTE JONES memorial award, will be spun.
This will be a random spin , the bag with the correct number will receive this prize very kindly donated by Annette's family.
We thank them greatly.

Tickets for the kids stuff are in there show bags.
The lions club will have on sale there wonderful hamburgers ,

The doughnuts,
Each child will get 2 doughnuts when they use there tag.

DOUGHNUTS will be on sale for $1.00 each also.

The lions club will have cans of soft drink for sale.

We will also have hot drinks for sale for $2.00 at the canteen.

Our raffle tickets will be on sale until 2pm in the hall.

We have so many people to thank , a thank you list will be posted a.s.a.p

Parade.
Be at the heemi carpark by 11.20
Parade starts att 11.40
Heading via shield st up belstead St to the school.
Catherine is the official Marshall .
She has waivers that must be filled out by every parent / participant in the parade.

Once the parade arrives at the school the funday begins.

This is a smoke free, drug free, animal free event.

Please come along and enjoy our 2023 funday.

Tickets are $2 each or 3 for $5.

Will be drawn at our funday sat 16th approx 3pm.
At the school sports stadium.

Hi all,

This year our Zeehan community kids Christmas fun day will be on the 16th of December.

Xmas parade will be the same as last year, from the heemi /iga car park along shield st to the school.
Starting at 11.30am

I have booked the following.

Pirate Sails and fairy tales.
The puppet man.
Laser tag
Sweet treats Ice creams.
Face painters
And of course ..

SANTA.

There will also be the usual show bag ,
Doughnuts,
Pop corn ect.

I am organising a stocking filled with toys
And our normal large rafle.
These tickets will be available from our committee members or wildz , on approximately 1st of November.

Hello all,

This year we have not done a lot of fundraising,
We have relied on out chocolate selling, and trivia nights.

We would like to ask if anyone would like to DONATE new Kids toys for a Christmas raffle.

We will have a normal huge raffle like last year but not as many prizes.

If you would like to donate goods for either please contact Sonia on 0459 230 458 or drop in to wildz cafe and catering .

TRIVIA NIGHT SATURDAY 24.6.2023

What a wonderful night for our first fundraiser of the year with a Trivia Night!

Rosebery Neighbourhood House came first with Molly’s Muppets taking home the wooden spoon.

Sam Eley won the door prize and Trish Hitchen won the raffle.

A big thank you to Lyn O’Grady our humorous host and Glynis for marking the score sheets.

To Wildz Cafe for donating the delicious supper, Zeehan Fire Station for the venue, Zeehan Neighbourhood Centre, West Coast Wicks, Lyn for donating prizes, to our committee members who helped on the night and last but not least the community for supporting this event.

We will look at hosting another Trivia Night in a few months time.
