Let’s face it, weddings keep evolving and will continue to evolve. When I started planning weddings in 2001, you only needed a handful of vendors to have a gorgeous wedding. Well, now with social media, you need a minimum of 15 vendors to get the epic day you want!

Sure, the name’s misleading 🙈
BUT this gig actually kicks off well before the day, depending on your coordinator it can be between 1-6 months prior depending on their service offer.
The service itself is all about gathering every little detail to make sure your day runs as smoothly as possible and acheive everything you envisioned.
You handle the main planning, and as the day gets closer, a coordinator steps in to tie up loose ends and keep things ticking over.
Your coordinator chats with vendors, locks down your timeline and ensures everything’s in sync.
A true professional doesn’t just stroll in on the wedding day with no prior communication.
For someone to execute your day and coordinate it properly it takes time, there is lots behind the scenes in the lead up.
We personally think the “On the day” or “Day of” term should stopped being used as it’s way more than just that!
