Thousands of bands that range from startup to $100m or more in annual revenue, the number one golden rule I’ve observed to be 100% true, 100% of the time:
the most successful, profitable brands are the ones that focus on simplicity in their strategies, solving problems in the proper order, and doing less better.

A simple strategy is the best because it works better AND wins you back time, clarity, and calm to live out the other aspects of your life outside of entrepreneurship.

🔎 How should operate an e-commerce site???

📌1. Test in different ways, it can be with products, it can be through photography / videos, it can be with discounts or various offers etc.

📌2. Keep the site simple, avoid annoying clients by bringing a lot of things in the site; even if you want to give discounts through various pop ups, present them in a simple way. Remember not to deviate from the main focus.

📌3. You can have a system of time count, if you are making an offer, you can have a time counter for when the time will end, or you will have a time counter for the offer to start.

📌4. Offer free delivery, although it is not always possible or difficult, but it boosts the sell, the word "FREE" always works well.

📌5. You can start a referral program, one customer will bring in a few more, your number of customers will increase day by day, the offer in the referral program depends on the product or service. However, if you do not offer something good, one customer will not refer to another. And the referral program works best when the customer is satisfied with your service.

📌6. You can give some free gifts to your customer on the first order, without informing the customer, like a surprise, the customer will remember you for a long time which is very effective for the expansion of your business.

📌7. Photography should not be compromised; remember that- customer order your products only by looking at the pictures from your website, so the quality of photography should be good. Upload product pictures from different angles so that customers can understand the details about the product.

📌8. The main reason for canceling a customer's shopping cart is when he/she sees that he has to pay a large amount of shipping cost with the product, however, whether to keep the shipping cost or not is your business strategy but make sure that the customer sees the order and pays. Don't hide any fees, the customer may not say anything for the first time but it will not take long for your long term business to collapse.

📌9. It is better not to ask customers to register without a very good reason, the reason behind not selling a product or service is really a big reason to want to open an account.

COVID-19 সরাসরি শ্বাসযন্ত্র আক্রমন করে। ফুসফুস মানব দেহের সর্বাধিক দূর্বল অঙ্গ যা প্রথমেই করোনা ভাইরাসের শিকার হয়।

প্লে বাটন স্পর্শ করুন। বুক ভরে শ্বাস নিন। এ থেকে বি পর্যন্ত শ্বাস চেপে রাখুন তারপর ছেড়ে দিন। পারলে আপনার ফুসফুস খুব ভালো আছে। না পারলেও ভয়ের কিছু নেই।

করোনাভাইরাস এখনও শেষ হয়ে যায়নি, ২য় ওয়েভ শুরু হয়েছে বিশ্ব জুড়ে। বাংলাদেশও ব্যতিক্রম নয়। করোনা সংক্রমণ প্রতিরোধে সামাজিক দূরত্ব এবং সচেতনতা বৃদ্ধির বিকল্প নেই। নিজের এবং পরিবারের সদস্যদের করোনা সংক্রমণ থেকে বাঁচাতে, সবাই স্বাস্থ্যবিধি মেনে চলি । মাস্ক পরিধান সবার জন্য অত্যাবশ্যকীয়।
