তারিখ নিশ্চিত এবং আমাদের সঙ্গে আপনার বুকিং নিশ্চিত করতে মোট পরিমাণ ৪০% পেমেন্ট অগ্রিম হিসাবে প্রদান করতে হবে, পেমেন্ট এর অবশিষ্ট ৬০% প্রোগ্রাম শেষ হলে সম্পূর্ণ পেমেন্ট করে দিতে হবে। ক্লায়েন্টদের মধ্যে যে কোন একজন আমাদের অফিস পরিদর্শন করে আমাদের সাথে বিস্তারিত আলোচনার করতে পারবেন।

বুকিং টাকা ক্লায়েন্টদের দ্বারা ইভেন্ট তারিখ বাতিলের কারণে অফেরতযোগ্য .

ফটোগ্রাফ এবং ভিডিও ফুটেজ সম্পাদনা শেষ করতে 3-4 সপ্তাহ পর্যন্ত সময় লাগতে পারে. ক্লায়েন্টরা ইচ্ছা করলে পুরো পেমেন্ট প্রদান করে অসম্পাদনা এবং RAW ফটোগ্রাফ এবং ভিডিও ফুটেজ ৪ বা ৫ দিনের মধ্যে সংগ্রহ করতে পারবেন। সম্পাদিত ছবি ও ভিডিও যথাসময়ে সংগ্রহ-করতে হবে।

ফটো ও ভিডিও এর ক্ষেত্রে এটা অত্যন্ত বাঞ্ছনীয় যে আপনি পেশাদার পুরা দল ভাড়া করলে আপনার প্রতিটি ইভেন্টের কভার করার মান নিশ্চিত করা যায়। কারো একার পক্ষে পুরা ইভেন্ট কাভার করা সম্ভব না। অন্যথায় আমরা আমাদের শ্রেষ্ঠ কাজ নিশ্চিত করতে ব্যর্থ হতে পারি।

এইটি অতান্ত গুরুত্বপূর্ণ যে ভাল ছবি অ্যান্ড ভিডিও আপনার স্টেজ এবং আলোকসজ্জার উপরনির্ভর করে। অন্যথায় আমরা আমাদের শ্রেষ্ঠ কাজ নিশ্চিত করতে ব্যর্থ হতে পারি।
