As a YouTube management assistant, you have to do those several things under your job responsibilities-
1. Creating different kinds of videos for my different YouTube channels.
2. Creating voice-over tutorial videos (you gonna record your own voice for that, NO face showing)
3. Creating facts videos using licensed videos.
4. Writing articles/scripts for videos and websites.
5. Doing YouTube SEO, Keyword research, Thumbnail creation etc.
6. And many more according to the running project.

1. A 15 days training program.
