ডিসেম্বর মাস, আমাদের বিজয়ের মাস। লাখো শহীদের রক্তের বিনিময়ে অর্জিত এই স্বাধীনতা আমাদের গৌরব। এই গৌরবের ও আত্মত্যাগের ইতিহাস নতুন প্রজন্মের কাছে তুলে ধরতে আমিনাস লার্নিং সেন্টারে আয়োজন করা হয় বিজয় উৎসব ও মেলার। আমিও অংশগ্রহণ করতে পেরে আনন্দিত। আমার কিচেনের আয়োজিত এটাই প্রথম মেলা। আমি উপস্থিত ছিলাম আমার কিছু খাবারের আইটেম নিয়ে। সবার আন্তরিক সহযোগিতায় খুব সুন্দর ভাবে সফল হয়েছে এই আনন্দ অনুষ্ঠান।

Alhamdulilah ready for delivery to a ViQi friend today. Items are:
Cat Fish curry
Chicken curry ( Pakistani)
Mixed Vegetables
It was a terrible experience for me this time.. Order received in the evening, yesterday. No electricity was there for the whole day, moreover did not get any fresh fish and vegetables in the evening .Got an information that there will be no electricity for 2 days which was really terrible for everyone. At once cancelled the order but with in 10 minutes electricity came back. And I thought I should not disappoint my friend, Again went to bazar early in the morning today.
It was difficult to work with out electricity today as well.
Alhamdulilah at last completed.

নদীর মাছের স্বাদই হয় অন্য রকম।সহজে পাওয়া যায় না নদীর মাছ।
আলহামদুলিল্লাহ আজ নদীর মাছের কয়েকটি পদ পরিবেশন করলাম আমার কিচেন থেকে।
শুকরিয়া আদায় করছি আল্লাহর কাছে যে আমার ক্লাইন্টের চাহিদা অনুযায়ী নদীর মাছ পরিবেশন করতে পেরেছি।
আজকের আইটেম ছিল:
রুই মাছের ভুনা
বেলে মাছ রান্না
চিংড়ি মাছ ভুনা
পুই শাক ভাজি
