End of summer, and it was a blast! 🌞

This summer we brought the beach to DHL HQ as we transformed the site into a sunny DHL Beach Club. Guests strolled past yellow and white stripes, soaked up beachy vibes and enjoyed a sizzling barbecue. ⛱️

Guests challenged each other on the surf simulator, played a round of mini golf and got creative during a paper flower folding workshop. A warm barista corner kept the energy flowing, while an authentic ice cream cart delivered the sweetest ending.

Vitrapack turned 90 and we didn’t just plan an event, we built a time machine straight to a rockin’ 50s diner!

Guests were welcomed by none other than Marilyn Monroe & Elvis. While sipping on classic cocktails, they wandered through a vintage decor. Roller-skating waiters in full 50s fashion served up tasty bites while a glittering disco ball act lit up the night. The live music? As rockin’ as it gets. 🎸

An evening built on connection: The Longest Table of Cheops brought people together through an enchanting dining experience under the trees. 🌿

Golden creatures welcomed the guests, while a stilt-walking camera captured magical overhead shots. A TED-style talk by the Cheops management sparked inspiration and set the tone for the rest of the night. After dinner, guests could challenge each other in the game room, dance the night away, capture memories in the AI photobooth or enjoy a good chat at the glowing tablescape.

As a final touch, everyone received a goodiebag filled with personalized cocktail items. A lasting reminder of an unforgettable evening. 💫

A night of vintage glamour, mystery and 1920s flair. For the annual staff party of Zoetis we transformed a stunning castle into Tommy Shelby’s mansion, down to the very last detail. After whispering a secret password at the hidden entrance, a smoky treasury opened to reveal magical cocktails inside. The perfect start to an evening full of mystery and roaring twenties vibes. From getting their shoes shined like a true gentleman or lady, to enjoying jazzy live music, trying their luck at blackjack and capturing iconic moments in the nostalgic photobooth. 🎩

For this special end-of-year celebration we created an exclusive after-hours museum experience. Veiled masterpieces, dim lighting and a setting where art came to life. From modernized still lifes adorning the tables with breathtaking floral and vegetable arrangements to a bartender painting cocktails like art on a canvas. Every sip, a masterpiece. 🎨

We are looking back on the spectacular 50-year anniversary celebration of Bolckmans. After several successful collaborations over the years they chose Ductape Event Agency once again!

The result was an impressive three-day event that took guests on a nostalgic journey through the rich history. Each decade was brought to life through themed animation and decoration.

For the fifth year in a row, Gouda Vuurvast called on Ductape for their annual staff party! This year, we celebrated in a vibrant Mexican theme.

The tunes of a real Mariachi band filled the reception with joy, after which the guests jumped straight into the Mexican-themed games. Ever tried tossing rings on a cactus? 🌵

The Mexican dinner with chilli con carne, empanadas and tacos was a hit! And the decor? Spot on! Think festive tassel garlands, sombreros and cactusses.

It was a fiesta to remember!

Ductape worked its magic turning DHL's European Headquarters into an après ski wonderland!

Guests imagined themselves in a real après ski hut with a stunning wooden decor and cosy sheepskin blankets. While enjoying a hot glühwein to set the tone, they captured the snowy magic in the snowglobe.

The food followed the theme, serving bratwurst, Wienerschnitzel and warm apfelstrudel.

Let's raise a glass to a snowy transformation!
