We are looking back on the spectacular 50-year anniversary celebration of Bolckmans. After several successful collaborations over the years they chose Ductape Event Agency once again!

The result was an impressive three-day event that took guests on a nostalgic journey through the rich history. Each decade was brought to life through themed animation and decoration.

Another successful partnership! 🎉

For the fifth year in a row, Gouda Vuurvast called on Ductape for their annual staff party! This year, we celebrated in a vibrant Mexican theme.

The tunes of a real Mariachi band filled the reception with joy, after which the guests jumped straight into the Mexican-themed games. Ever tried tossing rings on a cactus? 🌵

The Mexican dinner with chilli con carne, empanadas and tacos was a hit! And the decor? Spot on! Think festive tassel garlands, sombreros and cactusses.

It was a fiesta to remember!

Ductape worked its magic turning DHL's European Headquarters into an après ski wonderland!

Guests imagined themselves in a real après ski hut with a stunning wooden decor and cosy sheepskin blankets. While enjoying a hot glühwein to set the tone, they captured the snowy magic in the snowglobe.

The food followed the theme, serving bratwurst, Wienerschnitzel and warm apfelstrudel.

Let's raise a glass to a snowy transformation!

Ductape hosted a glamorous gala soirée for Stibbe. Guests strolled down the black carpet, followed by a chic reception and wonderful seated dinner.

Every detail was well thought out, from the colors and fancy materials to the beautiful flowers.

“Mirror, mirror on the wall, LolaLiza has got the most magical event of all!”

We had the incredible opportunity to organize LolaLiza's spectacular event, and boy, was it a blast! Reflection and inclusivity were key. We turned a stunning former military site into a mesmerizing runway show that floated on water!

We sprinkled magic throughout the night with a 360 photobooth that created memories worth cherishing, and our mirror guestbook captured heartfelt messages that will last forever.

Oh, and the guests? They got the VIP treatment with a lavish sustainable walking dinner that treated their taste buds, followed by an extraordinary catwalk show that blended seamlessly with dance and music. It was like a symphony of fabulousness!

Jingle all the way! DHL celebrated the end of year with 400 guests from all over the world. They were warmly welcomed by the jolly Christmas Elves. Whilst a live band played Christmas classics, the guests could enjoy some delicious world cuisine, take their chances with the nostalgic folk games or have a blast at the photobooth corner.

Vitrapack vierde hun 85-jarig bestaan met een heus Fiesta Mexicana.

Het thema werd tot in de puntjes doorgetrokken: flesjes Corona bier, Margarita cocktails, aangepaste menukaarten, Mexicaanse decoratie en tropische bloemen. De gasten werden onthaald door kleurrijke figuren en een Mariachi band. Tijdens de walking dinner konden ze genieten van Mexicaanse gerechten en Latin Lounge achtergrondmuziek. Na de walking dinner werd er nog stevig gedanst op de covers van de band en de beats van de DJ.

Corona of geen corona, wij blikken toch graag even terug op één van onze laatste events.

Voor advocatenkantoor Stibbe organiseerden we hun jaarlijks personeelsfeest. De gasten werden ontvangen in een Nordic Winter setting. Tijdens het diner konden ze smullen van sharing dishes en prachtige live achtergrondmuziek. Nadien werd er nog gedanst tot in de vroege uurtjes!

Wij kijken er alvast naar uit om opnieuw mooie events te organiseren!

Het ZEISS Vision Center Annys Asse opende feestelijk haar deuren. De gasten werden ontvangen in het nieuwe bedrijfspand. Na de speeches en het officieel openingsmoment kon iedereen smullen van heerlijke hapjes en genieten van de live muziek.

Bolckmans schakelde opnieuw Ductape in voor de "Eerste Kolomrechtzetting" van een state-of-the-art logistiek complex te Roosendaal.

De gasten werden op de site ontvangen met een ontbijt en welkom geheten door de burgermeester van Roosendaal. Daarna volgde er een spectaculaire rechtzetting van de kolom.

Intervest en Bolckmans heffen het glas op de werkzaamheden te Roosendaal Braak. Samen realiseren ze hier een state-of-the-art logistiek complex.
