Notre salad bar Superbowl Lux (16 a rue du Luxembourg, 1000 BXL) est à la recherche d'un nouveau gérant.
En tant que responsable de Salad Bar chez Superbowl, tu devras être capable de:
• Gérer le shop dans son ensemble
• Gérer ton équipe (employés et étudiants)
• Gérer les plannings avant et durant la période d’ouverture.
• Gérer le stock du resto.
• Gérer les commandes clients/fournisseurs.
• Toujours respecter les procédures d'hygiène strictes ainsi que les réglementations relatives à l'alimentation et aux boissons.
• Porter et partager l'esprit et l’image de Superbowl
• Assurer que l’établissement soit toujours propre et que ses équipes soient en place avant l’ouverture afin d’en garantir sa réputation.

Profil recherché:
• Etre Super fan de bonne bouffe
• Etre Super organisé et avoir des qualités de leadership
• Etre Super dynamique et savoir prendre des initiatives
• Etre Super souriant et à l'écoute de nos clients
• Avoir de l'expérience dans dans des installations similaires, des restaurants ou des établissements comparables en termes de qualité.
