Surf and turf de langosta con chimichurri y de filete de res en tecnica sous vide, con salsa de pimienta flameada al tequila y reduccion de vino tinto, con mousse de papa con ajo y guarnición de esparragos. Entrada guacamole y ceviche. Postre: lavacake de chocolate.

Dato Curioso, a nosotros nos ❤️❤️ el pulque

DATO PULQUERO: Fotografía de un grupo de policías en la Ciudad de México confiscando tlachique clandestino en una vecindad. El tlachique es la savia del maguey a partir del cual, se produce el pulque. En la década de 1940 las compañías cerveceras, al no poder quitarles ese gusto iniciaron una campaña de desprestigio contra el pulque. Esparcieron rumores de que para su fermentación se usaba abono de vaca, este rumor, terminó por generar una falsa creencia en los mexicanos y de esta manera, la cerveza se convirtió en la bebida más popular, dejando al pulque muy por debajo y dando un golpe a todos los productores que pasaban jornadas de sol a sol buscando este elixir en el maguey.
