In the world of events, we always strive for the very best. With passion and dedication, we dive into each project, thinking two steps ahead and tackling the impossible—especially when the pressure is on.

Honestly? This is exactly what we love to do.

But perfection isn’t always in reach; not everything can or will go as planned. We’re always aiming for that six, but sometimes a five has its own lessons to offer. 😉

And that’s just one more reason we love what we do.

Once again, we had the pleasure of styling a delightful anniversary celebration for Douwe Egberts.

The warmth of the event was a true reflection of their product, and the hospitality from the venue staff made it even more special.

As the days grow colder and darker, there’s nothing like gathering together to create heartwarming moments.

From managing complex deliveries to leading our largest projects — he’s going to crush it!

In June, we hosted a fantastic business event where the sun was shining brightly, predicting the arrival of a beautiful summer. With warm sunshine setting the tone, everything went smoothly thanks to our careful preparation and the enthusiasm of all participants.

✨ Today we celebrate our hundredth build-up of the DEME HR booth - designed, produced and even installed for the first time in pre-corona times. Over the last years, this booth has inspired students at job fairs in Belgium, the Netherlands, and France, setting the stage for future recruitment.

Yesterday 18 teams embarked on an epic adventure as Coffee Heroes! Armed with determination and caffeine, they conquered challenges and collected items all in pursuit of the desired “Dream Bean Award.”

Despite the weather’s best efforts, the clouds parted just for us, granting Douwe Egberts a window of opportunity to shine. ✨

With teams full of enthusiasm and camaraderie, there was no challenge too big.

You all know Raconteurs_ as an event organizing company. We love to tell stories, and organize your get-togethers. Hence we did not hesitate when a Spanish friend said he was bringing back to life the ancient olive trees of his family : we decided to buy the complete harvest.

Today, we are excited to present our very own olive oil; a unique, limited edition. Sourced from the olive groves of Huerta de Vero, Spain, this local and ecological oil is a product of centuries worth of love and tradition. Infuse your cuisine with a story worth telling, by our dear friends at Aceite Paco de Ortas.

It’s a wrap.
A new special story was written in our book.

We built an exhibition booth in Baltimore. Many wondered how we managed.

We succeeded through hard work. By not giving up and by continuing until we had the best solution, for every step. By choosing the right partners and through honest and adequate communication with them.

It’s not about taking risks, but about having faith. Knowing that all along the process we will meet people who share the same values. Inspiring us, getting there together.

Yesterday in our Instagram story we talked about inspiration. Our inspiration is the story of our customer. Recently we received an unexpected compliment from someone. In a conversation he made it clear that he believes that we as Raconteurs think very carefully about making the event or the exhibition booths as personal as possible for the customer, by trying to understand the story behind the needs. We were very happy to hear that. We did not proceed any differently for @eboenterprises . Together we searched for the right materials, colors and shape to create their new exhibition stand. Here you can see a glimpse of the outcome. It goes without saying that everything is modular so that @eboenterprises can use it for a long time on different occasions. What’s your story?

Our story is based on faith, focus and friendship. We are able to keep the faith alive and our focus sharp, thanks to your friendship, dear Raconfans! And because we simply love our events sector.
