Mandarin Cranberry sugar topped muffin cake. No very pretty and CHALK FULL OF SUGAR. But wow the mandarin Pop when you eat them and the cran set it off so strong. it's a winner at my house... gone

These meat and cheese buns were AMAZING! A few things learned in the process like how to get more meat and cheese and stuffing in it without destroying the buns. Super easy to make and a HUGE CHANGE at the dinner table

Simple Catfish Fry
cleaned, thawed, water bath 5 min (lemon juice optional but only directly before use, it will cook the fish if sits too long or is too strong)
mix- This can be a mix of whatever you bread the cats with spice how you like it or store bought favorite
fry- This one is the key, rolling boil deeper the better
always place on raised cooling rack to crust crunchy

It has REAL BITS of Gummy Worm!! Oreo has COSMIC OREO and TRIPLE CHOCOLATE CAKE OREO that are out rite now and .. I have to say the best OREOS ive ever had, TOTAL FIRE!
This "DIRT OREO" is still under review.

Japanese Soufflé Pancakes
Delight your taste buds with these fluffy and heavenly Japanese Soufflé Pancakes. Perfect for a special breakfast or brunch, these pancakes are a delightful fusion of light and airy texture with a hint of sweetness.
Ingredients:
2 large eggs, separated
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup whole milk
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
oil for cooking
Instructions:
Separate and Beat the Eggs:
Start by separating the egg whites from the yolks. In a mixing bowl, beat the egg yolks and sugar until creamy and pale.
Combine Dry Ingredients:
In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add this dry mixture to the egg yolk mixture, alternating with the milk, and mix until smooth.
Whip Egg Whites:
In another clean, dry bowl, whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped egg whites into the batter, ensuring a light and fluffy consistency.
Cooking:
Heat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium heat. Add a little oil. Spoon the batter onto the pan to form pancakes, keeping them about 3 inches in diameter. Cook each side for 3-5 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
Serve:
Set the pancakes on a plate and drizzle with your favorite syrup or toppings. Powdered sugar and Garnish with fresh fruit for an extra touch of sweetness.
Cooking Time: 7-10 minutes

Azzurro Italian Coastal Cuisine in The Woodlands, TX was worth the drive tonight. Their homemade twist on pasta. There unique touch to common dishes was very delicious. Try the cheesecake!! And the patio. Beautiful sunset.

"Mediterranean Style" Cooking Osso Bucco
"Mediterranean Style" Cooking is amazing, I want to explore more techniques and possible fusions with other ethnicities local cuisines. Here cooking OSSO BUCCO with an attempt to show the flexibility of the technique. An example is to puree the left over Pico de Gallo and be able to prepare an amazing rice dish that is just popping with flavor and can pair up with almost any proteins. This is my first entry to the BB Virtual Cook Book, and im not sure if it helps anyone but I do hope that the Breaking Bread Virtual Cookbook may share something new or put a twist to a dish you already make everyday. I feel very passionate about food and feel that it is truly a blessing to serve others and exponentially blessed to serve hundreds at once. I hope it's needless to say hospitalities for our guest in my home are always the very best efforts or not at all. Every plate is detailed, every bite considered with my love not my service. No one pampers a cup of coffee the way I do every morning, I try to treat myself lol. That's another story for another video. Graci' Chef Atilla 031121
