How far out should you plan your event? In a perfect world, 2-3 years. But in this one, we can work with who are 6 months out or more from their desired date. As always, the sooner the better so you can get everything on your wish list, including that highly sought-after venue. 🙌
Booking an event for less than 200 people? Consider a boutique property instead of a large venue, even if the room rates are higher. Why? Big venues prioritize big groups. At a smaller venue, you'll be the VIP. 👑
