Our Story
Smoking BBQ is een ‘klein’ catering bedrijf, gespecialiseerd in BBQ, low & slow cooking van gerechten. Pitmaster Bert Vanpeteghem, tevens Weber chef & KCBS judge (CBJ & CTC), heeft dankzij zijn toewijding aan gedurfde smaakwendingen & creatieve ingrediëntencombinaties er voor gezorgd, dat het bedrijf op korte tijd een gewaardeerde aanbieder en partner werd in het Vlaamse BBQ gebeuren.
