"Havana" from Nova Brothers, the Belgian duet of Laurent Veronnez aka Airwave and Frederik Lenaerts aka Fred Nova is a classic of progressive trance at its best. The track was featured on the PastPresentFuture album by Nova by L-Vee. It was 2006 and the album hit the Progrez label, which was then associated with Bonzai Music. Progressive trance is a sub-genre of trance music that has constantly evolved over the years. In line with the assumption that it is to be an innovative trend. It was supposed to give trance a completely new quality and face. Accordingly, tracks called progressive trance presented a really different sonic signature. Most often it was associated with how the main theme was built. Unlike other styles, he never put emphasis on the lead melody and never emphasized it. The breakdowns so characteristic of trance have rarely appeared. This track fully confirms the example of this sub-genre of trance. It has elements that fully speak to me.
