Demco Florist, requires the services of a talented and unique Retail Specialist. Applicant should have strong Interpersonal communication skills, be team focused, confident and creative with strong verbal and written skills.

The primary duties of the Employee shall be to perform sales duties as directed by Management; to service customers of Demco, Demco To Go, and Destination Wedding Bermuda by the way of completing order requests.

Additional duties will include assisting customers vith selection of all products sold, developing and maintaining relationships with our clients, maintaining inventory controls, end of day financial calculations, maintaining the appearance of the shop and goods to company standards, including the floral display coolers, and any other duties as directed by management.

Applicants should already have customer service experience at the highest level, good handwriting skills, and be able to multitask. Experience with computer programs including POS and Microsoft Office programs would be an added bonus

Preference will be given to any applicants with a degree, exposure, or keen interest in Floral Design.
