It's a testimony to the strength and true resilience of the female body.

After experiencing postpartum anxiety, exhaustion, and different forms of recovery from a cesarean section. I made it a priority to rebuild my BRAND!
Greatness is never easy!

Fighting to regain physical strength through regular walking, home exercises, whilst joining other activities that pushed me to go even harder.
I’ve improved my physical health whilst taking time for self-reflection.

This Journey was to ensure that I build a better me!
I studied, I learnt, and ensure that after introducing my beautiful daughter to the world, I would be a BEACON OF HOPE!

My advice to new mothers, “Be Patient & Compassionate” with yourselves. Let’s celebrate this New Journey together and prepare for a Fit 2025.
