Bokashi

Bokashi is a process that converts food waste into a form of compost but rather than decomposition the food matter is fermented using specialised bacteria. The result of the fermentation process is the food matter can be added directly to the soil after only a couple of weeks, and all the nutrients and energy are preserved in the fermented matter rather than being lost through heat or greenhouse emissions.I drain the tea(liquid) and dilute to feed my soil.
