INDEPENDENCE EXTRAVAGANZA PLAY RULES AND REGULATIONS

*the tournament will start on the 30th September to 2nd October

*games will be played on points system

*any team that comes late and delay kick off more than 15 minutes will be charged P100 to be deducted from price money

*a team that comes 45 minutes late will forfeit points to the opponents

*players registered for 2022/23 season till date are not allowed to take part in social clubs games

*a player is allowed to play for 1 team for the whole tournament

*A team should provide a team list of 30 players who will participate in the tournament.

*17 players to get free entry per team, each team to provide a rep to be at the gate to identify those 17 players .

*FIFA play rules will be used but each team is allowed to make 6 SUBSTITUTES in a single game,the game will be stopped for only 3 times for each team to make substitutions. A player with a red card will serve 1 match suspension.

*if teams are equal on points we look at goal difference,goal against and displinary sanctions(cards) in that order.

NO PROTESTS-if a team feels that a league player is being used they should inform the organisers and such player will be removed immediately furthermore the organisers will have the final say towards any matters arising and their decision is final.
