One of the reasons why we are resistant to change;
🌸Fear of the unknown.
🌸 Comfort zone/ Power/ Threat to status quo.
🌸Inadequate communication.
🌸Personal factors such as values, past experiences and personalities.
But there is always a solution to help people embrace and be receptive/ open to change.
NB; Change doesn't always come with negative results if we address the above.
Change can bring new opportunities like a new job role with better incentives to sustain our families, improved relationships, improved health, better health facilities, better or enhanced policies and framework and improvement in living standards especially for the low and medium household etc.
Improvement in individual change, social change, and economic change or growth.
The times we live in requires mindset change for us to successfully arrive.

It is how you process you pain and disappointments that will determine how far you can go in life.
At times we can cry and feel sorry for ourselves as human beings, yes it's normal,it's human nature.

It's part of God's plan.
And at times you would try to understand why God allows you to go that you go through, especially over and over.
Stop trying to understand, you are going to loose yourself.
It's God trying to build you.
At times God used painful circumstances to make us understand his plan, or to come to him, and understand that he is the only one who can HEAL a man.
Nobody else can
Even self help strategies, God has to take main acknowledgement or recognition.
He will humble you, to know that you belong to him, not the world or his grace is the one that sustains you.
