Our client is a hunter so his thoughtful girlfriend wanted to surprise him with a breakable turkey, inside of which will have a cake in the shape of a turtle.

The turkey is not edible per client's request, but the turtle cake is 3 layers of moist red velvet cake sandwiched together by layers of cream cheese frosting, crumb coated with swiss meringue buttercream and covered in fondant.
The head and limbs of the turtle was made with red velvet cake pop mix.
