Crepes are back!!! As well as waffles and crème brûlée!! I will have regular, dark chocolate and white chocolate crème brûlée!! Torched to order!! Also grilled corn beef sandwiches, smoked on my awesome wood smoker, and homemade lasagna with fresh mozzarella and topped with bechamel sauce!!! Come by and see me in my new booth over by the food court!!

To anyone that uses a welder!! What is a good mask that actually allows you to see what you’re doing but also protects your eyes and face? Walter ends up not using one as the one he has he can’t see through it well enough. It’s supposed to darken and all but his face is now peeling again!! There has to be something better out there!! Thanks in advance!!

What is compound butter? Intensely condensed alcohol (the actual alcohol is cooked out when it is reduced) with shallots and herbs infused into butter and rolled into logs. Add slices to top the perfect steak, add to roasted or baked potatoes to give them a wow pow!! Great on veggies too!!
I currently have red wine, white wine, bourbon and Guiness flavours!
