One of our favorite sides of vegetable 😁

Brussel Sprout Chips 😋

So easy to make!
It's perfect piled on other cooked veggies for crunch or even on their own. Perfect snack for when your in front of Netflix 😁

Brussel Sprouts washed, cut in half
Throw them in a mixing bag or bowl
Add extra virgin olive oil
A few whole garlic cloves (peeled)
Pinch of sea salt
Pepper
Dash of lemon or worshestir sauce
(you flavor as you wish)

Lay them flat on Cookie sheet bake at 350 for about 20 mins. Till brown and crispy!

The best part, in those yummy chips, there are baked garlic cloves ❤️ Can you spot them?
Eat them warm even with a cracker and some cheese YUMMY!

Fresh ingredients, slow cooked to perfection. Our chili is one of our most popular dishes.

Chili ingredients
Lean hamb
Diced tomatoes
Mushroom
Onions
Peppers
Black beans
Dark red kidney beans
Fresh garlic
Tomato sauce
Beef broth ( only 1/2 cup)
All veggies sautéed in extra virgin olive oil
Chili spice mix
Splash of worshestir 😋
Sea salt ( just a pinch)
Black pepper
