Zsofi is dedicated to helping others restore a sense of health and empowerment in their bodies. As a Registered Massage Therapist, her work uses a variety of techniques, adjusted for every patient, to ease clients on their own path of healing and wellness.

Zsofi is particularly interested in myofascial release, deep tissue work, joint mobilizations, and manual lymphatic drainage. She is also passionate in helping patients strengthen weak areas so that they can create balance in their bodies.

In a CAPT Session, cannabis is consumed intentionally during a guided mindfulness experience, aimed at healing the body, mind and soul. Altered Healing offers psychedelic therapy and guiding services for individuals and groups in Nova Scotia.

Rachel is a professional makeup artist who travels across Nova Scotia blessing her clients with her exceptional makeup talent. She loves working with brides and photographers, but her TRUE love is creative makeup and special effects.

She will also be selling off the rest of her skin care products she has left. This includes face oils, cleansing balms, lip glosses, lip oils and lip balms. Every product is made with vegan, organic and natural ingredients.

Mindy has been a Zumba dance instructor for over 9 years and has been loving every moment of it. She offers classes In Mahone Bay and Bridgewater, with your first class FREE!

Mindy will be offering a free Zumba session at the Health, Wellness & Spirituality Fair this weekend. She will go on stage at 11am and EVERYONE is welcomed to participate. I also want to mention that all our live demos and sessions are completely FREE to join in on.

She recently opened her boutique on King Street in Bridgewater, offering an intimate experience for all her clients. Not only is she an amazing photographer, she has lingerie and "fun toys" at her studio for sale.

🧘‍♀️FREE Classes - FREE Demos - FREE Mini Services

Our health fair is more than just meeting local services providers. We want to offer you and your family FREE classes, demos, and mini sessions with our exhibitors.

Join ZUMBA with Mindy on stage from 11am to 12pm for a FREE zumba class to get your heart rate going and your body moving.

Then join also on stage at 1:30pm for a FREE yoga session to relieve tention and stress. Babies and children are encouraged to participate.

Along with these demos, we will have a few service providers offering mini sessions at their booths for you to experience and enjoy.

This will be a fun, interactive experience for the entire family. Can't wait to see you there!
